Furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, appliances, transportation, and services necessary for the Spring Creek Elementary School Roof Replacement. All bids must be prepared on forms supplied by Albany County School District No. 1, submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the project title, and must show the name and address of the bidder. Each bid must include a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check for at least five percent (5%) of the total bid, payable to Albany County School District No. 1, to be forfeited as liquidated damages if the bidder fails to enter into a contract within thirty days after award or fails to provide a performance and payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the bid, at the time of executing the agreement. No faxed or copied bonds or checks with less than one year's expiration date will be accepted. Only bids conforming to the stated requirements will be considered. The school district reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive irregularities or informalities. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for all general contractors wishing to bid. Preferences are given to certified resident contractors and to materials, supplies, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied, or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles from outside the state. Question Deadline 02/26/2026: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Architect. Questions received less than six (6) days prior to the date for opening of the Bids may not be answered.
