Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Laramie, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Removal of all existing sanitary sewer lines within Ivinson Ave. and replacement with approx. 560 LF of 21-inch and 1,800 LF of 18-inch PVC; removal and replacement of existing water and sanitary sewer lines within the alley between 13th and 14th Streets with 8-inch PVC; rehabilitation of the existing storm sewer via CIPP and replacement of storm inlets. Utility work includes installation of approx. 3,100 LF of 8-inch AWWA C900 PVC water line and appurtenances. Street work includes a full-width removal and replacement of the existing surfacing sections along the entire project lengths of Ivinson Ave., 13th St., and the 13th - 14th St. Alley. Surfacing rehabilitation of 12th and 14th Streets includes utility patching, select taper milling, and full width asphalt overlay with select removal and replacement of existing concrete curb and gutter. Miscellaneous concrete flatwork will be required for existing sidewalks, alley approaches, etc. associated with curb and gutter replacement and the removal and installation of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramps throughout the project limits. Street work also includes removal and replacement of the existing 9th St. intersection traffic signal system, signing, and striping. Construction includes removal and replacement of manholes, water line valves and fire hydrant assemblies, connections to existing water and sanitary sewer systems, service line replacement, landscaping restoration and all incidental work as shown on the Plans.
