Sealed proposals are invited for the supply and delivery of various stone, blacktop, and related materials in specified quantities and types, including but not limited to 1B Stone, 2B Stone, 2A Stone, 2RC Stone, Anti-skid, Crusher Run, Stock Pile Patching, Superpave, DSA, #1 Stone, #3 Stone, #4 Stone, R4 Stone, Washed AASHTO No. 8, Blacktop (12.5 mm and 19 mm), Granular Fill (Special Modified), Rip Rap, Pond Sand, #67 Stone, and Limestone Dust. Liquidated damages apply. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the municipality and must include a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
