This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Cochrane, Ontario. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The purpose of this project is to engage a NACE-certified engineering consultant to evaluate the condition of existing ferrous water distribution infrastructure and determine the feasibility of implementing cathodic protection (CP) systems on aging ductile iron, cast iron, and, if any, yellow-jacketed steel water mains within the Town of Cochrane. The successful proponent will conduct field investigations, analyze corrosion risks, perform testing as required, and prepare a feasibility study and preliminary design report. Based on the findings and cost-benefit analysis, the Town may authorize progression to Phase 2: Detailed Design and ultimately Phase 3: Tender-Ready Design.
