Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kirkwood, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project involves four components: 1) Construction of new concrete curb and guttering (preferably rolled type), pavement milling, base repairs, and asphalt overlay along five streets. Two of these streets include sidewalk and ADA ramp repairs and/or replacement. 2) Crack seal, micro sealing, and pavement markings along one street; this street also has sidewalk reconstruction. 3) Replacement of concrete street slabs along two streets. 4) Construction of stormwater improvements along one street. Retaining wall design or construction is not anticipated but may become necessary depending on survey and design needs. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Terry Jones, Public Works Superintendent at tiones@glendalerno.org before 10:00 a.m., February 5, 2026.
