The City of Kirkwood (hereafter noted as "the City") is requesting sealed proposals for Avery Park Basketball Court and Retaining Wall Repairs. Qualified Firms (hereafter noted as "Firm") are invited to submit sealed proposals to provide Avery Park Basketball Court and Retaining Wall Repairs for the City of Kirkwood accordance with the specifications contained herein. The City of Kirkwood Parks Department is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for professional repairs to the 1/4 sized basketball court and retaining wall that supports the basketball court at Avery Park located at 225 Avery Drive, Kirkwood, MO 63122. The scope of work includes: Demo of existing retaining wall and sections of basketball court as needed Repair of soils, base, drainage, structural fill, and geogrid Rebuild retaining wall and support Repair of basketball court surface and installation of proper drainage channel Reinstallation of basketball hoop and fencing Layout and repainting of surface and lines of basketball court Question Deadline 05/15/2026 at 5:00 PM CT All questions pertaining to this opportunity must be asked via Online .
