Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Kirkwood, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Kirkwood is requesting sealed bids for the E. Jefferson Parking Lot Project for the City's Engineering Department, in accordance with the specifications contained herein. Sealed bids, subject to the terms and conditions of this request, will be received electronically until the specified deadline. General information and instructions to respondents are contained herein. No faxed, hand delivered, mailed, or emailed responses will be accepted. Any contact by Supplier in regards to this bid with City personnel other than those defined herein may be considered grounds for dismissal of Supplier's bid. Question Cut Off Date: 4/14/2026 06:00 PM (ET) Bid Contact Information Tracy Girse (314) 822-5853 girsetc@kirkwoodmo.org Bids must be clearly marked "Bid" with the name of the project on the outside of the envelope, addressed to the City Clerk, 220 4th Avenue South, Kent, WA 98032-5895. Only sealed bids will be accepted. No facsimiles or electronic submittals will be considered. Work by Contractor: 1. This work shall consist of coldmilling 2" of the existing bituminous surface parking lot, SS1H tack coat, 2" compacted Type C Bituminous Pavement overlay (St. Louis County Type "C" Bituminous Pavement-50 gyration), and permanent striping. Removal of spot asphalt curb and concrete curb infill and removal of one street light base will be required in specified locations as shown on the map.
