The Kirkwood School District is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms for a three-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for professional architecture and engineering services related to district-wide maintenance and capital improvement projects. Services may include consulting, programming, conceptual planning, budget estimating, preparation of contract documents, and construction administration. Disciplines considered are architectural, civil engineering, structural engineering, mechanical engineering (plumbing, HVAC, fire protection), and electrical engineering. Award of projects will be based on the best qualified candidates for individual projects at the owner's discretion. Each respondent must hold all required licenses as determined by law. Only proposals fully complying with licensing and insurance requirements will be considered. Submission of one PDF and three hard copies is requested. Proposal documents can be obtained from the district website, and qualified consultants are encouraged to acquire these at least 48 hours before the due date.
