The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals required to remove the existing roofing system and install a new Class 3 impact-rated asphalt shingle roof system in accordance with manufacturer specifications, local building codes, and the requirements of this Scope of Work. Work includes complete tear-off, deck inspection, replacement of damaged decking, installation of underlayments, flashings, shingles, accessories, and cleanup. Ventilation Evaluate existing ventilation for compliance with code and manufacturer requirements. Install new ridge vent, box vents, or other approved ventilation as required.
