Redevelopment of Sutton Park including new walkway, playground equipment, EV charging stations, drainage improvement, new bathroom facility, improvements to the existing skate park, and other improvements as shown on Contract Plans. Skate Park: The project consists of improvements to the existing skate park at the property known as Sutton Park. Work included, but not limited to, stormwater conveyance improvements, renovation and expansion to the existing skate park, installation of concrete walkways, retaining walls, railings, wayfinding signage, shade sails, and erosion and sediment control measures shown and described in the Contract Documents. 2. Park Improvements: The Project consists of improvements to the existing property known as Sutton Park and include, but not limited to; new and relocated parking areas, selective clearing and grubbing, stormwater conveyance improvements, construction of new bocce courts, construction of multi-use bituminous trail, new facilities building, nature based playground with synthetic safety surfacing and playground equipment, concrete walkways, boulder and timber steppers, site furnishes, construction of new basketball court with new surface coating on existing basketball court, installation of concrete walkways, retaining walls, railings, wayfinding signage, installation of trees, shrubs, plantings and seed mixes, park lighting, and temporary erosion and sediment control measures as shown and described in the Contract Documents.
