The Van Zandt County Commissioners' Court is seeking proposals for the repair or replacement of the Van Zandt County Courthouse 5th Floor windows, RFP 26-01. Sealed bids must be received in the Auditor's office prior to 2:00 PM on the specified date for opening and tabulation. Sealed bids should be clearly marked with the RFP number and can be mailed or delivered to the Van Zandt County Auditor. Bid packets are available at the Van Zandt County Auditor's Office or on the official website. Question Deadline 03/04/2026 at 5:00 PM CT All inquiries are to be directed to Van Zandt County Auditor at 121 E. Dallas St.,room 102, Canton, Texas 75103. Due to security concerns, on-site visit of the Courthouse 5 th floor premises requires security escort and must be coordinated through the Auditors’ Office. Site visits will be scheduled from February 17 th through February 27 th . Contact the Auditor’s office to confirm the date for the site visit.
