Canajoharie Central School District Carbon Reduction Project - Phase 1 - Contract #103: Electrical Construction Contract. Bids will be received at the Canajoharie Central School District, East Hill Elementary School, 25 School District Rd, Canajoharie, NY 13317. Bids must be submitted directly; electronic or facsimile transmissions will not be accepted. Contract documents are available for examination at specified locations including the offices of the Owner, various Builder's Exchanges, and Data & Analytics. Bidders for Prime Contract Work may obtain documents from Rotolite Elliott, either in person or shipped upon payment of deposit and shipping fees, or may view electronic plans online. A pre-bid walk-thru conference will be held at the project site for the purpose of reviewing existing conditions and addressing bidders' questions. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check for five percent (5%) of the bid amount, and successful bidders must provide a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond and cannot withdraw their bid for forty-five days after bid opening. Bidders must comply with all employment conditions and minimum wage requirements stated in the contract documents. Work must begin and be diligently pursued immediately upon contract signing. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in the best interest of the school district. Electrical connections to equipment furnished by the General Construction Contract, Plumbing Contract, HVAC Contract and Electrical Contract. 3.
