The selected proposer will be responsible for the design and engineering, procurement of materials, permitting, installation, interconnection, and all associated documentation, maintenance, and warranties for turn-key solar PV systems. All proposed PV systems must be designed and installed to be battery-ready, including electrical, structural, and controls provisions to allow for the future integration of battery energy storage systems (BESS). The City is open to receiving proposals for optional add-alternate scopes of work for BESS, and microgrid energy management systems (MEMS) at the same City facilities.
