This requirement is to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidental services necessary to construct a one-hour fire-rated internal drywall partition with an integrated one-hour fire-rated double-door assembly, along with associated electrical infrastructure. Work includes designing, constructing, and installing one non-load-bearing fire-rated wall, installing the fire-rated door system, and providing electrical outlets and related components as specified. The contractor shall deliver a complete turnkey installation in accordance with this Statement of Work and all applicable codes and standards. Tasks must be performed during routine business hours unless otherwise coordinated with facility management, and all work must be planned to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
