Site work for an educational facility in Ewing, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Sealed bids are sought for the Green Hall Water Pipe Replacement project at The College of New Jersey. The project will be bid as a single lump sum, and no bidder may submit more than one bid. Bid documents are available via the specified website. Bidders are encouraged, though not required, to attend a pre-bid conference/on-site inspection. Bidders must comply with various state requirements including Affirmative Action, Prevailing Wage, Statement of Ownership Disclosure, Public Works Contractor Registration, and Business Registration of Public Contractors. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder meeting qualification criteria. The College reserves the right to reject all bids or waive minor informalities. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty days after opening without the College's consent. Contractors must agree to take necessary steps to provide opportunities for SBEs and DVOBs in accordance with state law.
