Renovation of a multi-residential development in Huntington Park, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a two-unit multi-residential development.
*This project has been cancelled*. Furnish all labor, material, and equipment, and perform all work necessary and incidental for the HUD Healthy Homes Program at specified properties in Huntington Park, CA, in accordance with the defined scope of work. All required forms, proof of contractor's license, EPA certification, RRP Renovator Certification, and insurance coverage must be submitted with the quote. Contractors must attend a mandatory Pre Quote/Job Walk Meeting. Submission instructions include electronically uploading the quote and required documents and confirming receipt with the Contract Administrator. Contractors are responsible for ensuring their quote is received on time; late or misdirected submissions will not be considered. Contractors must execute a standard contract if awarded. The program is an informal solicitation and may be rejected at the authoritys discretion. Insurance, licensing, and certification requirements must be met, including specific coverage for general liability, workers compensation, automobile insurance, crime insurance, pollution liability, and bonds. Work must commence within ten days of Notice to Proceed and be completed within thirty calendar days. A penalty of $500 per day will be imposed for failure to perform as required.
