Reference number: 20119627 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-03-06 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Description The school service center wishes to issue a call for tenders for: Repair of the roof on Block C2, Replacement and upgrade of the ventilation system in the construction equipment workshop and related work, Installation of a hot water pipe from boiler room BS-15 to CR-27E. Delivery schedule Contract award at the end of March 2026 Start processing the tender documents quickly for the ventilation (delivery deadline) Vacate Room CR01 during the week of June 16 to begin interior work By the end of September, Room CR01 must be vacated by the contractor without fail so that classes can resume. The ventilation systems must be operational by the end of September. Any questions or requests for clarification on any aspect of the Call for Tenders or the Tender Documents must be sent by email, specifying the number and title of the Call for Tenders, and addressed to the file manager identified at the beginning of this document. The PUBLIC BODY reserves the right not to consider any question or request for clarification made by a BIDDER if it does not result in any changes to the Bid Documents and is sent to it FIVE (5) business days or less before the deadline for receipt of Bids.
