Renovation of a library in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The West Bloomfield Township Public Library is seeking bids for acoustic ceiling tile replacement at the Main Library. B. Provide 5% attic stock for Symphony M reveal-edged tiles rounding up to next full carton. C. Provide 5% attic stock for Symphony M square-edged tiles rounding up to next full carton. D. Provide 5% attic stock for Symphony M High CAC reveal-edged tiles rounding up to next full carton. E. Provide 5% attic stock for Symphony M High CAC square-edged tiles rounding up to next full carton. F. Provide 5% attic stock for Symphony M High NRC reveal-edged tiles rounding up to next full carton. G. Provide labor, material, and all required sundries to remove and replace ceiling tiles specified. H. Include all disposal costs in bid. I. Replacement of tiles to occur in a phased and sequenced approach. Exact scheduling and sequence of areas to be resolved with successful contractor in collaboration with the Library. J. Contractor shall plan in advance with the Library when devices for the fire alarm system, security system, etc. need to be removed from the ceiling. K. Precautions such as using drop cloths should be taken to protect furniture and flooring. L. Job site must be left clean and picked up at the end of every workday. M. The Owner has no provisions for storage of ceiling tiles in advance of the project.
