Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum; for site work for a museum; and for paving for a museum.
The Work includes, but is not limited to, the procurement and installation of selective demolition of existing walls and ceilings, installation of new walls and ceilings metal framing, insulation, and finishes, flooring and wall tiles, bathroom fixtures and specialties; upgrade of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, new fire alarm, security, and communication systems, building exterior work, paving and handrails, and misc. related work. Also included is the removal, storage and replacement of historic materials, including stairs, and pergola, demolition of concrete stairs and slab, installation of steel support, concrete stairs, platforms, walks, and ramps; installation of power, lighting, handrails and their footings; miscellaneous site improvements/utility work scope. Phasing and close coordination of work with VMG and other contractors will be an imperative. The foregoing is referred to as the "Project" or the "Work," as shown on the Drawings prepared by Beyer Blinder Belle, and the Project Manual. Question Deadline 03/04/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online. Proposers are hereby informed that all requests for information and questions concerning this RFP are to be submitted via online. In addition, all future Addenda and requests for information (RFI) responses issued by Vizcaya will be posted at online.
