Disclaimer: IN ORDER FOR YOUR BID TO BE CONSIDERED A LEGAL BONAFIDE BIDDER ON THE PROJECT, DOCUMENTS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM BRYSON & YATES CONSULTING ENGINEERS, LLC DIRECTLY. The proposed work includes site control, grading, earthwork, demolition of old HMA surfaces, relocation of aluminum bleachers, ramp and relocation of MUSCO lighting poles, installation of HMA pavements and concrete flush curb for the rink, fencing and gates, planting of deciduous trees, and restoration and clean-up. Plans, specifications and proposal forms may be secured during business hours from Bryson & Yates Consulting Engineers, LLC, upon payment of a fee. Alternatively, plans and specifications can be shipped for an additional fee. No refund will be made for returned documents or shipping costs. All technical questions should be directed to Bryson & Yates Consulting Engineers, LLC. Each proposal bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for not less than ten percent of the bid, not to exceed $20,000. All blank spaces in the proposal must be filled in, and no change shall be made in the phraseology of proposals or items. Requested information in the specifications must be included with the proposal. All physical changes to the bid form must be initialed or signed by the bidder. The successful bidder must furnish, within ten days after the award, a surety corporation performance bond or letter of credit equal to 100% of the contract price if the contract exceeds $100,000. Surety bonds or letters of credit must be from an acceptable and authorized surety company. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action, Prevailing Wage, Americans with Disabilities Act, Public Works Contractor Registration Act, New Jersey Business Registration Certificate requirements, and relevant New Jersey laws. Bids must be prepared on standard forms, enclosed in a sealed envelope, properly labeled, and addressed as specified. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or accept the bid best serving its interest.
