Material pricing is requested for the 2026 construction season for Bituminous Paving Mix Materials. Pricing must consist of all costs required to produce a compliant product and have it available for County pick-up at the provider location (FOB provider’s address). This includes, but is not limited to, labor, material, equipment, fringe, overhead, direct and indirect costs, taxes, shipping, delivery, supervision, project management, supplier costs, receiving, loading, and all necessary costs to provide materials according to solicitation, specifications, references, and plans. The specifications state the general intent of performance criteria for the project. All projects must be completed prior to the end of day on November 20, 2026. Columbia County reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all proposals, or award bids in a manner most advantageous as determined by the County. Bid envelopes must be marked “LRIP and Bituminous Asphalt” in the lower left-hand corner and must be accompanied by a completed bid document, acknowledgement of any/all addendums, a current insurance certificate, and bidder proof documentation (list of completed projects with contact names). Bid specifications are available at Columbia County Highway and Transportation Department or electronically on the Onvia Demandstar website. Vendors must register to access procurement documents and related information.
