Cleaning services for the Milan Community Center at 205 N. Market Street, Milan, MO shall include, but are not limited to: kitchen cleaning, restroom cleaning (toilets, sinks, floors), vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, window washing, emptying trash receptacles, and restocking toiletries and supplies. All cleaning supplies will be provided by the City of Milan. The cleaning schedule is flexible based on the center's usage, with monthly cleanings ranging from a minimum of two to a maximum of five. Bidders must clearly state the price per cleaning, describe the services provided, and specify any assumptions or conditions. Bids should be submitted sealed in writing or via email.
