Site work for a development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Demolition, Excavation, Civil, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Controlled excavation of a hillside slope. 2. Re-grading and stabilization of the hillside slope. 3. Removal and replacement of bituminous parking lot impacted by the project. 4. Removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter impacted by the project. 5. Salvage and re-install an existing parking lot light pole. This solicitation includes required insurance as recommended for the project's specifications and scope of work. It is highly encouraged potential responders review Section 00 73 16 Insurance Requirements as well as AIA A201, Article 11 of the solicitation before submitting a response. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a subcontractor the work for at least three (3) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since January 1, 2021, for construction of grading/excavation/slope repair similar in scope of work to this project. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $250,000 or greater. Project Manager and Job Superintendent responsible for this project EACH has had at least 5 years of experience with grading/excavation/slope repair similar in scope and value to this project. Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $250,000 or greater. This Project has a 5% Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goal. The TG/ED/VO subcontracting goal will not be a consideration in determining the lowest responsible Prime Contractor. ** pre bid info : Requests submitted after the pre-registration due date may be considered, but the State is not obligated to approve the request. Driver's license is required for admittance. No cameras will be allowed inside the Facility. Responders must attend the pre-bid meeting prior to submitting their response. Responses received from responders that did not attend the pre-bid meeting will be rejected. All questions should be submitted to the Soliciting Agent: Craig Fernholz craig.fernholz@state.mn.us no later than February 26 @ 2:00 PM CT. Description of Work: Consists of performing a controlled excavation and stabilization of the hillside area on the east side of Lot Q that has washed out. The controlled excavation shall be in coordination with the State's Archaeological Survey contractor. Refer to Section 31 20 00 Grading for additional information regarding the controlled excavation work. The project scope also includes concrete curb and gutter and bituminous paving replacement work to accommodate the repairs to the slope. The work also includes temporary traffic control, erosion/sediment control, salvaging and re-installing an existing parking lot light pole, and restoration of the site impacted by the work
