Energy Northwest, a Joint Operating Agency and Municipal Corporation in the State of Washington, is inviting competitive proposals from qualified Bidders for the Medium Voltage Switchgear Replacement project at Columbia Generating Station, as detailed in Request for Proposal (RFP) 714522 documents.
