Davis Campus Boiler Replacement Project Weber State University is soliciting bids to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide: Boiler replacement services This solicitation will result in a purchase order to the lowest cost responsive and responsible bidder. The successful bidder must provide a 100% payment bond and a 100% performance bond before the start of work may begin. Insurance requirements A five percent bid bond is required of all bidders The purchase order resulting from this IFB will be for a one-time purchase. WSU reserves the right to purchase additional products based upon this bid for up to 120 days after the initial purchase.
