Bidders are invited to submit bids for the Construction Contract named Country Hills Shared Use Path Phase 2. The work is located on Country Hills Drive from Skyline Parkway to Beus Pond Approach. The estimated cost for the project is $300,000. The project will be governed by the contract documents, special conditions, specifics related to the work, and all provisions of the Manual of Standard Specifications and Manual of Standard Plans 2025 Edition published by the Utah Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA) and Ogden City's Engineering Standards for Public Improvements 2025 Edition. Sealed bids must be submitted on forms prepared by the City Engineer and delivered to the office of the City Purchasing Agent at 2549 Washington Boulevard, 2nd floor information desk, Ogden, Utah, by the specified deadline. Late bids will not be accepted. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Landscape modification involving vegetation removal, site grading, 3'X3' Gabion box installation and adjustment of manhole grade. Installation of HMA/concrete shared use path and C&G along the project extents. Restoration of landscaping, fencing and irrigation systems.
