Site work and addition to a museum in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the addition of a museum; and for site work for a museum.
Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include: installation of gender-neutral restrooms to provide accessible toilets and sinks that conform to ADA Standards, the installation of a custodial closet, and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications. Bidders must provide a certificate of eligibility at the time of submittal of bid and must possess a State of Nevada Business License and a City of Reno Business License.
