Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work to be performed under the terms of this Order consists of furnishing all design/engineering services, materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the replacement of the industrial waste lift stations 6N and 6S at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma (reference the project drawings for additional location information). The Contractor shall perform a site investigation to verify existing conditions. If necessary, additional as-built drawings are available from 72 ABW/CE - Engineering Support, located in B400. The Contractor shall be responsible for identifying the necessary logistical, architectural, and structural work elements required to perform the work as described herein. Assemblies, framework, fixtures, or apparatus not readily identified on the project drawings or this Statement of Work (SOW) shall be provided by the Contractor as required for a complete, fully operating, and functioning system or systems ready for use by the Government. Rehabilitate or replace industrial waste lift stations 6N and 6S (B2122), including evaluation of future flow requirements. Consider combining LS-6N and 6S into a single lift station if feasible. Assess if the wet well structure can be combined, reused, and/or rehabilitated using a coating system or liner. Provide all necessary design and engineering services, materials, labor, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control, and incidentals required for the demolition and replacement of the industrial waste lift stations at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. This opportunity is limited to Tinker AFB - MAC BOA holders. Bidders must review project-specific documents and RSVP to the contracting points of contact stating their interest and confirming base access for all personnel who will attend the required initial site visit.
