Sealed proposals are solicited for furnishing all labor and materials for the construction of the Wayland Bonds 2025 HVAC, which includes the following bid packages: Bid Package 8 - Finishes (Ceiling Systems), Bid Package 13 - Mechanical, and Bid Package 15 - Electrical/Cabling/IT. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions specifying that any bids received more than ninety-six hours before, or after, the set opening time will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Moore Public Schools Administration Service Center. Complete sets of General Conditions, Plans, and Specifications, and other bidding documents are available through OMNI Construction, LLC, and the RPG Plan Room. Each bidder must accompany their proposal with a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent of the bid value if the proposal exceeds $50,000. Bid guarantees will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The contract will be executed with the successful bidder within thirty days of award. Base Bid: Provide and pay for all materials, labor, services, equipment, licenses, taxes, permits, and other items necessary for the removal of existing mechanical equipment and the construction / installation of new mechanical equipment and cooling tower as noted / detailed on the construction documents for the existing elementary school building. Contractor shall maintain all barriers, guards and other environmental items required at the site during construction.
