Renovation of a museum in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Separate sealed bids will be received for the following bid packages: General Demolition, Storm Utilities, Masonry, General Trades, Roofing, Window and Door Restoration, Painting, Plastering, HVAC/Mechanical, Electrical, and Specialty Cleaning. Bids must be mailed or delivered to the Construction Manager at the specified address. Bids in excess of $50,000.00 must include a Cashier's Check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for at least sixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Plans and specifications may be obtained from designated sources. This project is for the historic restoration, renovation, and refurbishment of the OHS's Henry Overholser Mansion and Carriage House. Scope includes the complete exterior restoration to doors and windows, stone masonry, and re-roof of both. Additional work on the interior includes repairs to damaged finishes, cleaning of historic material finishes, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
