Firms qualified and capable are sought to perform the following scopes of work: BP #3.1 - Structural Steel (Fabrication and Erection) with an estimated value of $70,000,000 and BP #3.2 - Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) with an estimated value of $3,500,000. The work is for the Oklahoma City New Arena located at 125 W. Reno, Oklahoma City, OK. Interested contractors are to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with provided instructions, requirements, and deadlines. Only subcontractor firms that submit a complete response to this RFQ and are deemed prequalified by the prequalification committee will be permitted to participate in the bidding phase. Pre-qualification requirements: Contractors must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in compliance with the outlined instructions and requirements.
