The City of Fort Meade is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of new recreational amenities within an existing park on a 0.06-acre parcel at North Charleston Ave in the City of Fort Meade. The goal is to create a more inclusive and engaging outdoor space for residents and visitors. Proposers are required to submit one original and four hardcopies of the proposal, along with one digital copy. The original must bear an authorized signature. Each page must include the name of the proposer, the RFP number, and the page number. Proposals should be fully completed, with any additional materials clearly labeled and referenced. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled: SEALED PROPOSAL FOR RFP 26-03: Recreational Facility Improvements. Late proposals will not be opened. The City reserves the right to request further information, and all submitted materials become the property of the City. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in the process.
