https://drive.google.com/file/d/1s9RAHK27I6bviNv-Me5Oi-ei7OW0Y0NT/view Consideration to award the bid for the 2026 Slurry Seal project to American Pavement Preservation in the amount of $748,719.74. ---------------- The project titled SSLC 2026 Slurry Seal Project includes furnishing and installing Crack Seal as per Section 32 01 13.61 of the 2025 edition of the APWA Manual of Standard Specifications. All required documents for the bidding process must be directly submitted to Bonfire. Plans and specifications for the project can be obtained from Bonfire or the City Recorder. There will not be a pre-bid meeting. Sealed bids will be received and publicly opened and read by the OWNER at the City Council Chambers. A 5% Bid Security is required. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
