Renovation of a mixed-use development in South Salt Lake, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

**Per Addendum 1 the bid date has been extended from 01/23/26 to 01/28/26** The project is titled "South Salt Lake Community Center Auditorium Audio and Visual System Upgrade." Services will include audio and video installation and upgrades to the Community Center. Proposals must be submitted as a single PDF. Submissions that are late, incomplete, or do not meet submission format and contents as described will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject all submissions or to waive any informality in any submissions if deemed in the best interest of the City. There is no guarantee that a contract will be awarded following the submission deadline.
