RFQ Number: 2026-04 Professional CMAR Services for the Havana Health Center Renovations and Improvements to Provide a Telehealth Center. The specifications of the procurement are stated in RFQ 26-04. Sealed proposals are to be submitted to the Gadsden County Purchasing Office. A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted Respondent list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid, be awarded, or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity, and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Section 287.017, Florida Statutes for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted Respondent list. The Gadsden County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid; reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part; re-bid a project, in whole or in part; and to accept a proposal that in its judgment is the lowest and best bid of a responsible bidder, with all decisions based on what the County believes to be in the best interests of its ratepayers. The County further reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as required to meet its needs, at the unit price which was bid. MBE/WBE businesses are encouraged to participate.
