Renovation of a parking garage in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

This project is located at Harry Reid International Airport and includes the replacement of existing Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and Motor Control Center (MCC) with new ATS and distribution board at Terminal 1 Silver Garage and provision of temporary generator power to all the items on existing gear. Each bidder must supply all information required by the bid documents and specifications. A bid guarantee equal to the appropriate percentage of the bid price, as described in the instructions to bidders, must be furnished with the bid. The bid guarantee may be a bid bond, certified check, or other negotiable instrument and serves as assurance that the bidder will execute required contractual documents if awarded the contract. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond for 100 percent of the contract price to secure fulfillment of all obligations, and a payment bond for 100 percent of the contract price to assure payment for all labor and materials supplied for the work. The contract is subject to Executive Order 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Federal Labor Provisions, and the requirements of 49 CFR part 26. Bidders must pay at least the minimum wage rates established by the U.S. Secretary of Labor and the State of Nevada. The owner reserves the right to refuse to issue a bid form or accept a bid from any bidder in default based on previous contracts, unsatisfactory work, or failure to comply with pre-qualification regulations or settle all bills due for labor and materials on former contracts. SEQUENCE OF CONSTRUCTION: THE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT IN ONE MECHANICAL PENTHOUSE SHALL BE FULLY UPGRADED AS INDICATED IN THE CONTRACT DOCUEMENTS AND COMPLETELY OPERATIONAL PRIOR TO COMMENCING CONSTRUCTION ON THE NEXT PENTHOUSE.
