Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Design plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
Plans call for the construction of an 18-acre park, which will include a restroom building, a maintenance building (with shade between buildings), a park entry element (Bridge), a 3-cell dog park, reconstruction of tracks, a historic train track element, interpretative railroad workers camp, 2-4 shade structures, a Paiute area, a railroad water play area, a railroad playground with shade, an amphitheater, a trail system, a parking lot, furnishings and signs (including monument), utility design, sidewalk and curb and gutter and partial onsite roadway (to driveway), landscaping (plants, lights, rocks, etc), fencing. Items for potential future that are to be included in the design are 3 water towers, train themed light show and ninja warrior training area. As of March 6, 2026, the project is schematic design. Schematic design is expected to last until June of 2026. Design development is expected to last until September of 2026. Construction document drawing is expected to last until May of 2027. Permitting is expected to last until August 2027. Bidding is expected to end in November of 2027. Construction is expected to begin in November of 2027 and be completed by April of 2029.
