The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, on behalf of Georgia State University, is soliciting statements of qualifications from suppliers for Project No. N005-016-26 - Dunwoody Campus, NE Building, to replace terminal units. As part of ongoing efforts to standardize campus control systems, streamline maintenance, and modernize building infrastructure, GSU is proposing a project to replace all existing terminal units in Building NE and upgrade legacy pneumatic and ALC controls to new Siemens controls. Existing variable air volume (VAV) terminal units and fan-powered terminal units with electric reheat coils will be replaced in kind. In addition, controllers, sensors, valves, and actuators serving the two original air handling units will be replaced, along with pneumatic actuators on the three existing laboratory exhaust fans. All new controls will be Siemensmanufactured and fully integrated into the existing Siemens Building Control System (BCS). Required software and licenses will be provided to enable campus maintenance staff to access the Siemens front-end system from the campus operator workstation. The Stated Cost Limitation (SCL) for this project is $2,150,000.00 It is anticipated that construction will begin June 1, 2026 and be completed by December 18, 2026.
