The work consists of the replacement of Variable Air Volume systems (VAVs) and Building Automation System (BAS) programming for the Lantana Library. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to review the project requirements. Only quotes/bids received from qualified contractors will be considered. Qualification is required to bid, and contractors must submit a qualification application at least 10 days before the bid due date.
