Ventilation Upgrade at Riverview Middle School, Riverview, NB. Relevant commodity divisions include Existing Conditions, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Finishes, Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning, Integrated Automation, and Electrical. Bidders are responsible for submitting electronic bids as specified. All bids must be properly signed, legible, completed, and include the correct solicitation number. Bids must be in Canadian funds, exclude sales taxes, and be DDP according to Incoterms 2020. Submissions must include a security deposit of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. US bids may be refused at the sole discretion of the Government of New Brunswick. Additional details, including bid bond and insurance requirements, are found in the related tender documents.
