Description

Site work and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Riverview, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes the replacement of underground duct and wiring for street lights on Fairway Boulevard under Contract No. 26-670. Each tender must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender price. All bidders must submit a Letter of Good Standing under the Certificate of Recognition program issued by the NBCSA or an acceptable equivalent with their tender package. Specifications and instructions to tenderers are contained in the Town of Riverview 'Standard Municipal Specifications', Version 7.0, dated February 2022, available on the Town's website.
