The work consists generally of procuring and installing Magnetometer Vehicle Detection System (MVDS) sensors on thirteen roadway segments on Port Authority property, four Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras on Port Authority property, and sixteen CCTV cameras on New York City Department of Transportation (NYCDOT) property and related work at the Lincoln Tunnel and approach roadways and vicinity thereof in New York, New York. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the Bonfire platform and register separately from other Authority platforms. Only electronic submissions will be accepted; hand and mailed deliveries will not be considered. All contract documents must be downloaded from the Bonfire platform after registration.
