Sealed bids are requested for the University of Mississippi South Oxford Center, First Floor Classroom Renovation, UM # 25-033, Bid File # 1259. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders in the project manual. Bids must be submitted on the form provided by the architect and accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid, payable to the University of Mississippi. The bid envelope must display the Contractor's current Certificate of Responsibility Number and License Number, unless the bid is less than or did not exceed $50,000.00, in which case a statement to this effect must appear on the exterior. The envelope must be sealed, marked, and addressed appropriately. Electronic bid submission is permitted following specified online instructions. Questions should be directed to JBHM Architecture. Should a Bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from the plans and specifications, or be in doubt as to their meaning, the Bidder should immediately notify JBHM Architecture in writing.
