Site work for a water / sewer project in Macon, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Sealed bids are invited for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the installation of the Rocky Creek Water Reclamation Facility Perimeter Fence. The project consists of clearing, removing vegetation, and installing a perimeter fence around the Rocky Creek Water Reclamation Facility, including the newly acquired adjacent 19-acre parcel and other areas not currently fenced in for security purposes. The project will be awarded in one contract and requires that fifty-one percent (51%) of the work be self-performed by the general contractor. The project will be awarded by base bid on a lump sum basis for all work required by the contract documents. Bidders must comply with disadvantaged business enterprise participation requirements and affix their Georgia Utility Contractor License Number to the outside of the bid envelope. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Local, minority, and women-owned business participation is encouraged, but not required. All bid questions must be submitted to the Owner by 10:30 A.M. on March 31st, 2026.
