Pavement replacement and resurfacing with storm sewer repairs including: pavement removal (9,493 SY), aggregate subgrade improvement 12 (580 CY), removal and disposal of unsuitable material (499 CY), HMA surface course IL-9.5 D N50 (967 TON), HMA binder course IL-19.0 N50 (1,209 TON), combination concrete curb and gutter Type M4.12 (6,456 FT), drainage structures (27 EA), storm pipe (505 FT), Portland cement concrete sidewalk 5 (17,800 SF), driveway pavement (682 SY), and other related items of work. All pertinent documents may be examined at the Village Hall at 350 Victory Drive, Park Forest, IL 60466 or Baxter & Woodman, Inc. by contacting Justin Zwiefelhofer for access information to BHFX, where copies of the bidding documents may be obtained upon a non-refundable payment. Bid prices shall not include state or local taxes. All bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check, or bank draft payable to the Village of Park Forest in the total amount as provided in the bidder instructions. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. Unless bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
