A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Wildwood Department of Public Works for the successful implementation of the LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS PIERSIDE ISLAND. Proposal documents, including the Fee Schedule, may be downloaded from the City's website. Plans and contract documents may be previewed or purchased from Drexel Technologies. For projects exceeding $75,000.00, Missouri Annual Wage Order No. 29 applies. All contractors and subcontractors must comply with the Safety Program Training requirements of Section 292.675 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri. Requests for clarifications must be received in writing at least one week prior to the bid opening. Businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin. Multiple contractors may be selected based on bids received to address diverse maintenance requirements. The City will award contracts based on bids considered the lowest responsible, but reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities or deficiencies, negotiate for more favorable terms or prices, and/or award the contract to other than the lowest cost bidder, with or without negotiation.
