Description

Renovation of a parking garage in Red Wing, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

A general description of the work includes all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to replace the Parking Ramp elevator. Bids must be submitted electronically. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond payable to the City of Red Wing in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid as a guarantee that if successful, the Bidder will enter into a contract for the work described. Bidders must upload a signed Responsible Contractor Verification and completed Bid Form & Signature of Proposal to the bidding service website to accompany their bid. These documents must be submitted and be approved before Bid amounts will be viewed. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality therein and to adjourn the meeting to a later date for the purpose of further consideration of the bids and taking action thereon. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days from the date of opening of bids.
