The purpose is to select a firm to provide construction services for the 2026 Sidewalk Gap Elimination Project. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond by a surety licensed and authorized to do business within the State of Michigan, in the amount of 5% of the total of the bid price. Proposals without bid security upon proposal opening will be deemed non-responsive and not considered for award. All questions regarding the proposal should be submitted via e-mail and must be received by the specified deadline. Any necessary interpretations, corrections, or additions will be issued as official addenda and must be incorporated into submitted proposals. No pre-proposal meeting will be held.
