Description

Proposals must be emailed to umaecbid@umich.edu with the subject line: BID FOR P00023909 DUE Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Only electronic bid submissions will be accepted; bids delivered to any other location will be rejected. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting/tour is required; failure to attend will result in refusal and return of the bid. Subcontractors or suppliers interested in participating should contact the invited bidders. The invited bidders are D C Byers Company, DRV Joint Sealant Contractors LLC, Pullman SST Inc, and RAM Construction Services of Michigan.
