The facility will include all required child development program spaces, including kitchen facilities, building information systems, fire protection and fire alarm systems, Intrusion Detection System installation, and connection to Energy Monitoring Control Systems. Outdoor play areas will include age-appropriate child development equipment, safety surfacing, and fencing. Supporting work includes site development, utility connections, lighting, paving, parking, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage systems, Low Impact Development features, landscaping, and signage. The project also includes installation of information systems, video monitoring, alarm and intercom systems, and provision of self-contained heating and air conditioning systems.
